1st of the Month is supported by subscription revenue. Several subscriptions are available in the app, unlocking additional app functionality through the “in-app” purchase option. For users subscribing to 1st of the Month this subscription will unlock all features in the app including unlimited filters. The app's subscription is processed through the third-party app provider, such as Google Play and Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew periodically, unless you request a non-renewal through the relevant third-party App Store. You may access the applicable purchase rules and policies relating to ‘in-app’ purchases from these third-party app stores. Cancellations to your subscription should be completed through the third-party app provider, such as Google Play and Apple App Store. If you are having problems cancelling your subscription through the relevant third-party app store then please contact hello@1stofthemonth.co.

1st of the Month reserves the right to change its pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time, and 1st of the Month will notify you in advance of this pricing change. If you as a user are unhappy with the content provided in the subscription fee then please get in touch with hello@1stofthemonth.co to discuss this subscription content. If appropriate, and at the discretion of 1st of the Month, a refund may be provided.

1st of the Month and not Apple, is solely responsible for the app. Apple has not obligation to provide maintenance and support for the app. User’s use of the App must comply with the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Use.

If you create an account with 1st of the Month your data will be retained for as long as the account remains active. If you wish to deactivate your account then you can contact hello@1stofthemonth.co in order to deactivate your account and to remove all information related to your account. Users can also selectively remove data associated with their account through various delete options.

1st of the Month and its employees are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the usage of 1st of the Month or viewing the content found within 1st of the Month.
